CleanZones, LLC offers a full service approach to the Cleanroom industry. Our design and manufacturing capabilities include the areas of steel, stainless, thermal plastic and wood and laminates. We offer custom products without the custom cost.
CleanZones, LLC offers Cleanrooms in a variety of design configurations and materials of construction to meet your exact requirements. All of our Cleanrooms feature 2 x 4 HEPA or ULPA Fan Filter units, sealed cleanroom light troffers, ceiling tiles and wall materials to match your required cleanliness class and specific function. Cleanzones is a leader in building Horizontal Flow Class 100 Work Stations, Vertical Flow Class 100 Work Stations, Polypropylene Products, Negative Flow Exhaust Work StationsAir Showers, Pass Through Cabinets, Garment Cabinets and HEPA Filters. Our Negative Flow Exhausting HEPA Filtered Workstation is a Free-standing console that provides containment of contaminated air through intake at work chamber. The initial prefilter collects gross contaminants, then the air passes through an exhaust HEPA filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air, 99.99% efficient on .3 microns) for removal of the remaining contaminants to .3 microns.
